Guillotine Knife Sharpening

At Dallas Knife Works we use the latest surface grinding Gockel German machinery to sharpen your guillotine blades and knifes in accordance to their specifications to retain the highest efficiency for your cutting needs.

We regularly sharpen inlaid steel and Fassco high speed steel blades up to 150” in length. We are capable of retaining an even/accurate double bevel for the length of your blade.

All manner of steel parts can be surfaced using our machines such as sheer blades, sheeter blades, chipper blades, ice rinks and granulator blades.
