Knowledge passed down from one generation to the next, we have become well known paper cutter mechanics in Dallas. We have serviced nearly every paper cutter ever made, from old Seybolds & Lawsons to new Polars & Sabers. We have seen it all and have fixed most but there are often new challenges in every service call. We have many spare parts and can troubleshoot just about anything but it is not uncommon an unseen problem will require a call to tech support for further help. While it is our passion to serve satisfaction to our customers, we may encounter scheduling delays along the way due to uncontrollable operations such as shipping delays or back ordered parts. We believe in doing right by our customers so in the unfortunate circumstance a machine is deemed unrepairable by Metro Graphic Services, you will not be charged.

With 250+ Customers and demand growing, we schedule accordingly to meet expectations and ensure you have the best service when we arrive. We understand urgency in downtime and will make every effort to get to you as soon as we can. Service further than 75 Miles from DFW will need to be scheduled in advance, additional charges will apply when overnight stay is required.

Routine Blade Change Service

We offer routine blade changes at a fixed cost saving you time and money. This would include pick up, drop off, and knife install on your selected paper cutter. Benefits of this service are reducing risk of injury to employees and damage to your valuable equipment. We are trained to handle Polar, Prism, Saber, Perfecta, Lawson, Seybold, Challenge, Triumph, And many more.
