History

Bobby Jackson began working in the industry at iTek in 1976 before joining Ryobi in 1996, one of the most sought-after printing equipment manufacturers in the industry. In 2005, Bobby Jackson began Metro Graphic Equipment as a Ryobi dealer. Small offset presses were popular among the industry & common sight in many shops but as the age of digital printing faded in, small presses faded out. As innovation in printing grew, Metro Graphic Equipment expanded and met the industries needs. Service for additional equipment was offered and paper cutters soon became the leading demand.

In 2012, Donald Jackson began working alongside his father, growing the family business & creating new expertise. Donald had a background in liquid development and offered new services for damaged chrome cylinders found in offset presses.

Their individual fields complemented each other's, in a surprising and what turned out to be inseparable, ways. This made them eager to cultivate their own business, one that would effectively intersect their expertise with their respective interests.

Bobby & Donald formed Metro Graphic Services in 2018. Since then, they've facilitated the success of serving printing & packaging facilities in the DFW Metroplex. Presently, they’ve expanded services in the industry and have earned the trust of many businesses, corporations, and dealers.

They believe that what exceeds customer expectations and what makes a creative business thrive, is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets them apart from others.
